The Chargers teams are coached and run by volunteers.  We have teams when we have coaches and families who are passionate about making a sport happen.  If you participate on a Chargers team, please know that your help is needed to make the season a success!

FOOTBALL

Football was our first sport, in the fall of 2006, and we have offered football every year since.  This year, we have 28 young men participating on our middle school and high school teams.

VOLLEYBALL

Our Volleyball program started in 2013 and has continued each year since then.  This year, we have 28 young ladies

participating on our middle school and high school teams.

CROSS COUNTRY

We have had athletes participate in Cross Country meets intermittently since about 2009.  Our Cross Country athletes generally work out on their own, and enjoy competing under the Chargers name.

TRACK & FIELD

We started Track & Field in the spring of 2007, and we have offered it every year since.  We also founded the Texas State Homeschool Track & Field Championships in 2009, and hosted that meet through 2016.  We are currently looking for someone to coach the track team.

BASKETBALL

We had our first basketball team in 2008, and have had both boys and girls basketball teams in the past.  We currently have a high school boys basketball team, and are open to having middle school and girls' teams if someone volunteers to coach.

BASEBALL

We fielded our first Baseball team in the spring of 2008, and we attended both the state and national baseball tournaments. for several years.  We currently do not have a baseball program, but are open to having one if someone 

volunteers to coach.

SOCCER

For the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018, we had a Co-ed Soccer program.  The athletes had great fun, but we have had to discontinue it because we did not have enough players.  We can restart this program if there is interest and a coach volunteers.

FINE ARTS

The CenTex Chargers has grown to include music competitions.  We are associated with both TMEA and TPSMEA for All-State ensemble auditions, and participate in Solo & Ensemble competitions with TPSMEA.
